New US Healthy Eating Pyramid 2005
Unlike previous versions of the US pyramid, this pyramid website helps you to choose the foods and amounts that are right for you. For a quick estimate of what and how much you need to eat, you enter your age, sex, and activity level in the MyPyramid Plan box. For a detailed assessment of your food intake and physical activity level, click on MyPyramid Tracker. Since it is a US pyramid, all quantities are in ounces which can be confusing for people accustomed to grams and mls.
